The DC Financial Dignity Center held its first Entrepreneurial Training Program (ETP) Graduation of 2013. The Honorable Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton gave the keynote speech. Delegate Norton shared her vision of how small businesses provide growth and opportunity in the community, and she also applauded the courage our ETP graduates have shown in following their dreams of business ownership.
