During my seminars, I have received a lot of questions about the direction of the real estate market. An article I read in the Wall Street Journal on December 26, 2012 captured how I respond and why this is the best time to buy a home and not wait. The article depicted real estate trends from the peak of the market in 2004, the bottom of the market in 2008 and the present direction of the market.
