Celebrating Father’s Day Miami Style
This Father’s Day, Operation HOPE recognized the importance of fatherhood in teaching healthy financial behaviors to children.
In a collaborative event with Propops Foundation, an organization that helps estranged fathers become responsible and engaged role models for their kids, Operation HOPE extended its hand to fathers in a Father’s Day reception at the Villa 221 in Miami. The purpose of the 3 day event was to strengthen families, grow a sustainable regional economy, cultivate leadership and philanthropy, and foster respect for all.
During a reception held to kick off the weekend, guests enjoyed food, drinks, music, and an information area educating visitors about Operation HOPE’s Miami-based services.
Access Miami, a hub for our Miami-based programming, joined with several other community-based organizations during the event to help ProPops celebrate fathers that shape the financial security of their children.
