Operation HOPE & Financial Beginnings host Unraveling the Mysteries of Your Money

Have you ever had a burning question around money and didn’t know who to ask?  Many of us do and moving forward without this vital information is dangerous.

That is why Operation HOPE and Financial Beginnings hosted our second annual Unraveling the Mysteries of Your Money on the evening of April 24th.

The event brought financial experts from around Oregon together for the sole purpose of answering the public’s questions around money.  The following experts served on the panel.

• Michael Parker, Executive Director of the Oregon College Savings Plan
• Nelson Rutherford, Managing Partner at Alten, Sakai & Co

Questions ranged from long-term retirement planning, new bank regulations, College 529 stipulations and many more.  Participants walked away from the event with a better set of skills and information that will help them manage their financial future.
